What is an RSS feed?
Really Simple Syndication
(RSS) automatically updates you
every time something new is added to this site. What do I need to do?
First find a RSS "aggregator" (a program that goes out and gets the information for you and presents it all in one place). Bloglines and NewsGator are free online services that will gather feeds for you and display them on one central web page. FeedBlitz is an online service that allows you to have feeds sent directly to your Inbox as e-mail. You can also bookmark the feed using the RSS feature in Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.

What's a podcast?
Audio files automatically delivered to you to play on your computer, iPod, MP3 player or to burn to CD.
How do I get started?
Your mp3 player may have come with software that allows you to download podcasts. If so, you should be able set it up for automatic or manual downloads. Please consult your manual for instructions on how to do this.
Do I need an iPod or mp3 player to listen to a podcast?
No. You can download itunes for free and listen to podcasts on your computer or burn them to a CD.
